The Forest Nook Restaurant– Breakfast – Lunch – Dinner -all our meals are made from scratch, homemade recipe's from generations in Western Pennsylvania.  Our outdoor dining welcomes you to relax in the forest while we prepare a wonderful meal for your enjoyment.  Going on a hike?  Call and we'll prepare a picnic basket for you to take along.  Special occasions, reserve our back deck for complete privacy and a special catered meal.  Just want to sit by your campfire, call for take out.  You'll love our homemade dough, hand tossed pizzas.  Attending a show at the Sawmill Center for the Arts?  Please make a reservation – we don't want you to miss a moment for this special event.

The Forest Nook Restaurant was purchased in 2005 by former Johnsonburg, PA resident Jane Schuck.  Jane purchased the restaurant near her hometown with visions of bringing some of her families recipe's to the public.  From Aunt Frieda's Potato Salad to the Schuck Burger, there's something for everyone on the menu.  Enjoy homemade meatloaf, fresh made-to-order salads and finish it off with Aunt Carol's Cheesecake or an assortment of the day's homemade dessert's.
